I'm a trained mental health professional who specializes in integrative therapy which means finding ways to work with the whole you and your specific needs to promote overall well-being and balance. 

I am passionate about helping my clients navigate some of life's toughest moments and experiences, from managing anxiety, depression, and grief to working through past trauma and learning to build resilience in the face of stress. 

My clients and I always use a collaborative approach in treatment which helps clients learn to trust themselves and take steps towards living a more fulfilling life.
