I strongly think there is no "one size fits all" solution for obtaining joy, peace, compassion, connection, and overall happiness. While there will only be evidence-based techniques and practices involved in our sessions, I think that each of you need to explore, discover, and find out what combination of methods work for you! And that's where I come in. |
My Qualifications
I obtained my Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology with a Counselling Specialization in 2018 and went on to conduct over 1000 sessions as a Clinical Therapist, serving a vast population ages 2 to 70 years old. I met with clients who struggled with mood issues, life transition, trauma or interpersonal issues. I also am certified in complimentary therapies including Meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique/Thought Field Therapy, and Yoga/Movement for Wellness. I continue to actively advance my knowledge in Integrative Therapy and complementary therapies, as well as research how they can help the populations I serve. |
